We are returning guests to the Camino Real, we love the resort.
We love the resort, the food/beverage and most of all the staff. Juan, Juan Carlos, Reynaldo, Avelino, Gustavo, Juanita, Antonio, Sebastian, Byron, Scarlett, Manuel, Alan, Luisa, Luis, Juvenal, (sorry if I misspelled any names or missed anyone). I didn’t get our maids name but she was great and always did our room early.
The new chairs on the patio were nice. The pool guys were great, we love having our own private pool and they kept it perfect for us.
We had an issue with our in room telephone and the front desk staff were very quick to get it fixed.
Check in and out was quick, money exchange was easy but there is a limit per day, best to bring pesos with you.
We do the WestJet all inclusive when we come and love that option. Muchas gracias to everyone for making our 2 week vacation excelente! See you in 2026.

Una bella experiencia, calidez, humanismo y valor de las personas.
Estar en contacto con la naturaleza, fue algo muy extraordinario. La flora (desde la entrada al hotel, camino florido y toda la vegetación en su interior) y fauna ( tuve la oportunidad de encontrar en mi recorrido iguanas, cangrejos y hasta un enorme Tejón cuando iba camino a mi habitación alrededor de las 21:30 hrs).
La alberca (aunque desde mi punto de vista le falta contar con alguna zona de aguas más profundas para poder nadar mejor) siempre limpia, y con agua a la temperatura apropiada para no querer salirse del agua.
Pero lo mas importante, sin duda alguna; la calidez con la que fui tratado, mucho humanismo y valores de las personas con las que tuve contacto.

The hotel was phenomenal
But what was even better was the service Jesus welcomed me to the property and made me feel like a VIP. He walked me to the reception and then my room all the while telling me the robust and wonderful history of the hotel and all the amenities.
I couldn't believe that a beautiful hotel like this existed.
Then I had Israel, not sure if there are 2 of them but one helped me book my car to the airport the following day and then in the morning walked me out to the car. I felt like a queen and so safe

The experience at this hotel has been great!
All of the staff are very personable and attentive. We would like to point out the staff in the 5th floor lounge, David, Guadalupe, and Jesús, They were very accomodating and warm.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Camino Real Polanco fue excelente.
La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de zonas emblemáticas de la ciudad, pero rodeado de jardines y espacios que transmiten tranquilidad.
Las instalaciones son, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, con una arquitectura icónica. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, resolviendo cualquier solicitud con rapidez y cortesía.
Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré en mi próxima visita a la Ciudad de México

Algo bueno sobre el day pass en Camino Real es que de los 500 pesos que se paga por persona te devuelven 400 en consumo de alimentos.
Hay pocas mesas por lo que probablemente esté lleno en fin de semana y es recomendable ir temprano. El day pass inicia de 11 a 6.
Es un lugar tranquilo (no hay mucha música y ambiente si es lo que buscas, es más familiar).
La vista es bonita y la piscina también.
La comida es lo que más me gustó del lugar
recomiendo muchísimo ¡las tostadas de pulpo!
El rooftop es pequeño, solo está el bar, las mesas (debajo del techo) y la piscina

We were at the hotel for 2 weeks because I had plastic surgery and the hotel is right next to my doctor's office. The hotel staff was wonderful
The doorman hurried to assist me getting out of the car after surgery and immediately noticed I spoke english. He helped us throughout our stay. Carlos is room service could not have been nicer and more accomodating. And housekeeping was wonderful at accommodating our needs, cleaning the bathroom and emptying trash when I couldn't leave the room and scheduling cleaning while I was away at doctor appointments.
