All of the staff are very personable and attentive. We would like to point out the staff in the 5th floor lounge, David, Guadalupe, and Jesús, They were very accomodating and warm.

Thank you guys for everything, your suggestions were great! We loved our stay and will be back!

5ta vez en México pero alojando en otras cadenas. Servicio impecable, sorpresa muy grata el hotel, recomiendo 100% y volviendo en noviembre nos alojaremos nuevamente con ustedes.

But what was even better was the service Jesus welcomed me to the property and made me feel like a VIP. He walked me to the reception and then my room all the while telling me the robust and wonderful history of the hotel and all the amenities.

I couldn't believe that a beautiful hotel like this existed.

Then I had Israel, not sure if there are 2 of them but one helped me book my car to the airport the following day and then in the morning walked me out to the car. I felt like a queen and so safe

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de zonas emblemáticas de la ciudad, pero rodeado de jardines y espacios que transmiten tranquilidad.

Las instalaciones son, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, con una arquitectura icónica. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, resolviendo cualquier solicitud con rapidez y cortesía.

Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré en mi próxima visita a la Ciudad de México
