Wonderful location, beautiful architecture.
The pool is great and very relaxing. Soundproofing for the parade outside was excellent too. Would definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, our stay in Oaxaca was incredible and so much of that is thanks to the hospitality at this beautiful hotel.
We were greeted smiles and frozen beverages! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service especially from Eber. He went above and beyond to make our experience special. He helped us get tickets to a Lucha Libre show, which was a fun experience. He also informed us of, and helped us get tickets to a Guelaguetza dinner and show, complete with traditional music, dancing, and incredible food a cultural experience we won’t soon forget.
Every detail at the hotel was thoughtful and personal. Each evening during turndown service, we received sweet bookmarks a touch we looked forward to and will keep as cute memories.
One night, we came back to chocolate-covered strawberries; another night, fresh cookies. It’s the little things like that that made us feel so special.
The food and drinks were also outstanding. The fresh juices and fruit were a highlight of our mornings. We had an outside dinning area off our room and it was so fun to get room service for breakfast and eat out there.
The hotel is located in a great and walkable area, just a few blocks from the city center. The inside design was beautiful and we looked forward to exploring to hotel grounds each day. This place is a true gem. Huge thanks to Eber (who I can say enough good things about - he was amazing) and the entire team for creating such a special experience. We can’t wait return.
