GENERAL PROMOTION TERMS
 

The following terms apply across all properties and promotions included in this document. Property-specific terms are detailed in their corresponding section.

• Promotion period: July 15 through December 15, 2026.
• All benefits apply only to reservations made under the  Flexible Beach Rate.
• Valid only on reservations made through direct, proprietary channels (websites www.grupocaminoreal.com, www.quintareal.com, www.caminoreal.com; the Camino Real Hoteles mobile app; directly at the hotel; and by calling our Reservation Center at 800 901 2300).
• All benefits are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Benefits and certificates are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.
•  Additional restrictions may apply depending on the property; see property-specific terms in each section.
• In the event of any doubt, interpretation, contradiction, and/or any other situation beyond what is expressly stated in these terms and conditions, Grupo Camino Real reserves the right to modify, add to, or render ineffective any provision as it deems in its interest.
• In the event of any discrepancy, divergence, or contradiction between the original text and any translation of this document, the Spanish-language version shall prevail for all purposes of interpretation, application, and enforcement.

CAMINO REAL ZAASHILA HUATULCO / QUINTA REAL HUATULCO

Property-Specific Terms

• The promotions offered to the general public at this property may be combined with one another and apply exclusively at this property.
• At Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco, promotions do not apply during peak demand dates, long weekends, or on November 27 and 28, 2026.

1. Toll Reimbursement – Oaxaca–Huatulco Route

Guests traveling by road from Oaxaca to Huatulco who book a stay of a minimum of 3 nights at Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco or Quinta Real Huatulco will receive a benefit voucher, limited to one voucher per room per stay, equal to the exact amount paid in tolls for the Oaxaca–Huatulco route, redeemable for Food & Beverage consumption during their stay.

To redeem this benefit, guests must present the original toll receipts for the Oaxaca–Huatulco route at check-in; the receipts must correspond to the date of travel and will be validated by the hotel. Once validated, the benefit voucher will be issued for an amount equal to the total paid in tolls.

The benefit voucher is valid only for the stay during which it was issued and may be used exclusively at the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets. It does not apply to gratuities, room service, spa, boutique, photography, water sports, or tours. The voucher is personal and non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance at the end of the stay will be forfeited. Receipts submitted after check-in will not be accepted.

The toll reimbursement benefit applies only to guests traveling in a private vehicle. It does not apply to public transportation, taxis, ride-hailing platforms, buses, passenger transport company vehicles, or any means of transportation other than a private vehicle.

2. Gas Reimbursement — Tuxtla Gutiérrez–Huatulco Route

Guests traveling by road from Tuxtla Gutiérrez to Huatulco who book a stay of a minimum of 3 nights at Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco or Quinta Real Huatulco will receive a $1,000.00 MXN (one thousand pesos 00/100 MXN) benefit voucher for Food & Beverage consumption during their stay. One voucher will be issued per room per stay.

To redeem this benefit, guests must present, at check-in, one or several original gas purchase receipts that together total a minimum of $1,000.00 MXN (one thousand pesos 00/100 MXN), correspond to the same date and fuel type, and fall within a 10-hour window matching the trip. Receipts will be validated by the hotel.

The benefit voucher may be used only during the stay at any of the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets. It does not apply to gratuities, room service, spa, boutique, photography, water sports, or tours. The voucher is personal and non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance at the end of the stay will be forfeited. Receipts submitted after check-in will not be accepted.

3. 30% Discount Certificate

By booking a stay of a minimum of 3 days / 2 nights, guests receive a 30% (thirty percent) discount certificate to be used on a future stay at any Grupo Camino Real hotel, also requiring a minimum of 3 days / 2 nights. Valid exclusively on reservations made through direct, proprietary channels (websites www.grupocaminoreal.com, www.quintareal.com, www.caminoreal.com; the Camino Real Hoteles mobile app; directly at the hotel; and by calling our Reservation Center at 800 901 2300).
Redemption period for the certificate: through December 15, 2026.

Subject to availability. The discount applies only to the Flexible Beach Rate  and cannot be combined with other promotions. Not valid during peak demand dates, long weekends, or holidays.

At Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco, the certificate does not apply during peak demand dates, long weekends, or on November 27 and 28, 2026.

4. Kids Eat Free Breakfast

Valid for up to two children under eight years old per room, provided they are accompanied by at least one adult.

5. Birthday Amenity

Valid throughout the guest's birthday month (does not need to fall exactly within the stay dates). The benefit is per room and granted once per stay. Guests must present a valid official ID at check-in confirming their date of birth.

6. Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Benefit available during the promotion period (July 15 through December 15, 2026), subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.

7. Welcome Surprise Amenity

A welcome amenity in the room courtesy of the chef, subject to availability, with no cash value, and not redeemable for cash or any other product or service.

CAMINO REAL ACAPULCO DIAMANTE

Property-Specific Terms

• All benefits at this property apply only to the Flexible Beach Rate..
• All promotions may be combined with one another, as part of the beach-booking benefits package.
• Not valid on holidays or long weekends. No additional blackout dates.

1. Toll Reimbursement

Valid for the following routes: Mexico City–Acapulco, Cuernavaca–Acapulco, Toluca–Acapulco, Pachuca–Acapulco, and Puebla–Acapulco, for stays of a minimum of 3 nights at Camino Real Acapulco Diamante.

Guests will receive a benefit voucher equal to the exact amount paid in tolls for the corresponding route, limited to one voucher per room per stay, for consumption during their stay.

To redeem this benefit, guests must present the original toll receipts at the hotel front desk, which must be submitted at check-in. The receipt date must match the guest's arrival date at the hotel. Once the receipts are validated, the benefit voucher will be issued for an amount equal to the total paid in tolls.

The benefit voucher may be used only at Restaurant La Huerta, Restaurant La Vela, Pool Bar, and Blue Bar at Camino Real Acapulco Diamante. It does not apply to gratuities or room service. The voucher is valid only for the stay during which it was issued, is personal and non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance at the end of the stay will be forfeited.
