The staff was courteous and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood the people of Puebla were very hospitable.

Arquitectonicamente hablando es una maravilla. La atención del personal fue impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable, al igual que las habitaciones. No tengo ningún consejo para darles sobre algo a mejorar. Nos llevamos el mejor recuerdo de este hermoso hotel. ¡Gracias!

Amazing!
Beautiful building. Wonderful staff. Comfortable rooms. Could not be better. Gaby was the best! She helped us several times throughout our stay and was so wonderful
