Realmente fue muy agradable,
todo el personal desde mi registro, llegada, registro, servicios de habitación, restaurant, centro de negocios y hasta mi salida me hicieron sentir muy bien, todo el personal me hizo sentir como en familia!!!

Las instalaciones están excelentes.
Muy diferentes a otros hoteles en monterrey, sobre todo de la zona. El personal muy amable y servicial. Amigable siempre al pendiente.
