Una bella experiencia, calidez, humanismo y valor de las personas.
Estar en contacto con la naturaleza, fue algo muy extraordinario. La flora (desde la entrada al hotel, camino florido y toda la vegetación en su interior) y fauna ( tuve la oportunidad de encontrar en mi recorrido iguanas, cangrejos y hasta un enorme Tejón cuando iba camino a mi habitación alrededor de las 21:30 hrs).
La alberca (aunque desde mi punto de vista le falta contar con alguna zona de aguas más profundas para poder nadar mejor) siempre limpia, y con agua a la temperatura apropiada para no querer salirse del agua.
Pero lo mas importante, sin duda alguna; la calidez con la que fui tratado, mucho humanismo y valores de las personas con las que tuve contacto.

We are returning guests to the Camino Real, we love the resort.
We love the resort, the food/beverage and most of all the staff. Juan, Juan Carlos, Reynaldo, Avelino, Gustavo, Juanita, Antonio, Sebastian, Byron, Scarlett, Manuel, Alan, Luisa, Luis, Juvenal, (sorry if I misspelled any names or missed anyone). I didn’t get our maids name but she was great and always did our room early.
The new chairs on the patio were nice. The pool guys were great, we love having our own private pool and they kept it perfect for us.
We had an issue with our in room telephone and the front desk staff were very quick to get it fixed.
Check in and out was quick, money exchange was easy but there is a limit per day, best to bring pesos with you.
We do the WestJet all inclusive when we come and love that option. Muchas gracias to everyone for making our 2 week vacation excelente! See you in 2026.
